1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting liyu.ca, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

LIYU reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will accurately represent the colours of our leather goods. Slight variations in colour, texture, and grain are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the item received
• Natural leather may have unique markings, scars, or grain variations that enhance its character
• All measurements listed are approximate
• LIYU reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time

3. Orders & Pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. LIYU reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and is being processed.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed — you will be notified and given the option to cancel
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• LIYU is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, all processed securely through Stripe.

• All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe — LIYU does not store your full card details
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• In the event of a fraudulent transaction, LIYU reserves the right to cancel the order and report the matter to relevant authorities
• Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. LIYU is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• LIYU is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items in original, unused condition.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
• LIYU reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and brand elements — is the property of LIYU and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any LIYU content without prior written permission

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

Our products are sold as-is with any warranties expressly stated in the product listing. We do not offer implied warranties beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
